OUR STORY
The Beginning
It takes time, passion, and an unwavering commitment to quality to produce ice cream this good, after being trained by Gelato Masters in Italy, it took a full year relentlessly experimenting formulas to arrive at unique artisanal flavours made from scratch using the very best raw, fresh, seasonal ingredients right from fresh fruits, milk , down to our own caramels and nut-butters (our famous better than Nutella butter).

Our Values
We don’t use premixes or pastes from industrial production and our ice creams are egg/gelatin-free, does not contain any colorings or preservatives whatsoever and sorbetto are vegan, a perfect treat for those who may be lactose intolerant. Plus, it’s fat free! which makes it a true and refreshing treat.
